The award was presented during the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry's (PCCI) 50th Philippine Business and Conference Expo, with Vice President of the Philippines, Hon. The building has earned a LEED Gold certification and is designed to be 10% more energy-efficient than standard buildings, using 35% less water to further reduce its environmental impact.  Studio 7 in Quezon City, another of FLI’s mixed-use developments, has earned a LEED Silver certification, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to optimize energy efficiency and sustainability.  Meanwhile, FLI’s mid-rise residential communities like Panglao Oasis in Taguig and Belize Oasis in Muntinlupa reflect the company’s innovative Venti-lite concept, which integrates sky gardens and air wells to bring natural light and ventilation throughout the buildings. These developments are also on track to earn EDGE Pre-certification, demonstrating that even mid-rise communities can be green and future-ready.  Corporate Social Responsibility Beyond Buildings At the heart of Filinvest Land Inc.’s sustainability efforts lie a deep commitment to uplifting lives and empowering communities.
