Issue checks payable to Filinvest Land, Inc.

  1. You may issue Post-dated Checks payable to FILINVEST LAND, INC. at any branch office of FILINVEST LAND, INC.

  3. Once PDCs are available, you may submit them at any of our sales offices.

Bills Payment Guide

Filinvest has partnered with various banks so you can pay with ease.

    1. Log in to Eastwest Bank online

    2. Select Biller’s Name - FILINVEST LAND, INC.

    3. Under Subscriber Reference Number:

      1. Key in your 20-digit Filinvest contract number for downpayment and monthly installment payments. (For example: 00000000010000123456)

      2. For Reservation Payments, key in 9999999999999999999.

      3. For Payment of Fees, key in 8888888888888888888. Use the OR number field to indicate the payment purpose. (For example: Real Estate Tax, Turnover Fees, etc.). Send your proof of payment to servicedesk@filinvestland.com.

Auto Debit Arrangement

Submit the auto debit enrollment form with a valid ID to our Customer Service Desk at any FLI office branch.

Enroll in our Auto Debit Arrangement with these simple steps:

  1. Submit the following at the Filinvest Service Desk:

    • Original completed enrollment form

    • Valid ID

  2. You will be notified via email regarding the result of your enrollment within 10 working days.
