  1. Enroll Filinvest Land Inc. as a BILLER and enter the 20-digit reference number:
    1. For Downpayment and Monthly Installments: Enter your 20-digit Filinvest contract number (e.g. 00000000010000123456).
    2. For Reservation Payments: Enter 99999999999999999999.
    3. For Payment of Miscellaneous Fees: Enter 88888888888888888888.
  2. Once enrolled, log in to BPI Online or the new BPI Mobile app, and select "Payments/Load" > "Pay Bills" tab.
  3. Fill in the details.
  4. Confirm the details, enter the One-Time PIN (OTP), and then select "Submit".
  5. Proof of Payment: After paying for miscellaneous fees, please send your proof of payment to servicedesk@filinvestland.com for verification.

Philippine National Bank

  1. Log in to PNB online.

Submit the auto debit enrollment form with a valid ID to our Customer Service Desk at any FLI office branch.

Enroll in our Auto Debit Arrangement with these simple steps:

    • Original completed enrollment form
    • Valid ID
  2. You will be notified via email regarding the result of your enrollment within 10 working days.
