While the skies have cleared, many communities in Central Luzon continue to feel the lasting impact of the recent typhoons. Through its Pusong Filinvest corporate social responsibility program, Filinvest Land mounted relief operations across the provinces of Bataan, Pampanga and Pangasinan to support those affected.
Over 900 families from Brgy. Tuyo and Brgy. Central in Bataan, Brgy. Tinajero in Bacolor, Pampanga, and Brgy. Lucao in Dagupan received essential relief goods through close coordination with local government units and barangay leaders. With the help of officials such as Mayor Raquel Garcia of Balanga City, Mayor Eduardo ‘Diman’ Datu of Bacolor, and Brgy. Capt. Marcelino Fernandez of Lucao, Filinvest Land teams were able to swiftly mobilize and distribute aid. Packing and logistics were handled at Filinvest Land’s Pampanga and Dagupan Sales Offices, with distributions held in covered courts, schools, and community centers.

“Filinvest Land stands in solidarity with the communities affected by the recent calamities,” said Gerard Marcelo, Filinvest Land FVP – Regional General Manager for Central Luzon++. “Through Pusong Filinvest, we strive to be more than builders of homes — we are committed to restoring hope, strengthening resilience, and walking alongside families as they rebuild their futures.”
Pusong Filinvest embodies Filinvest Land’s passion for caring for its communities and ensuring that no one is left behind or forgotten. From disaster response to education, livelihood, and environmental efforts, Pusong Filinvest reflects a deep commitment to service fueled by compassion—extending its reach through diverse initiatives, big or small, that aim to uplift lives and contribute to nation-building beyond real estate development.
The success of the recent relief efforts was made possible through strong partnerships with local officials and volunteers, who ensured efficient and organized distribution to the families most in need.
Filinvest Land remains committed to being present and responsive in times of crisis and calls on other organizations to help build a more resilient and compassionate nation.
