MAKATI CITY, Philippines — October 23, 2026 — Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) has once again received a Golden Arrow Award from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) for the fifth consecutive year, sustaining its recognition for corporate governance practices under the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS).
The recognition reflects FLI's established approach to corporate governance, supported by defined board oversight, regular risk management and internal control reviews, and consistent regulatory compliance and disclosure. Filinvest Land maintains dedicated board committees to oversee key areas such as audit and risk management, corporate governance, compensation, and related-party transactions. It also conducts annual corporate governance training for directors and officers, reviews its governance
practices, and engages shareholders through investor briefings, one-on-one discussions, and other communication channels. Together, these practices help reinforce accountability, transparency, and informed decision-making across the organization.
The Golden Arrow Awards recognize publicly listed companies and insurance companies that demonstrate strong corporate governance based on the ACGS and Corporate Governance Scorecard (CGS) assessment results, respectively. The ACGS evaluates companies on key governance principles, including shareholder rights, equitable treatment, stakeholder relations, transparency, and board accountability.
“Receiving the Golden Arrow Award for the fifth consecutive year affirms our continued commitment to responsible business practices and good corporate governance. We recognize that earning and sustaining the trust of our stakeholders requires transparency, accountability, and integrity in the way we do business,” said Tristan Las Marias, President and Chief Executive Officer of Filinvest Land, Inc.
As one of the Philippines’ leading full-range property developers with a nationwide presence, FLI recognizes that responsible growth requires more than delivering developments. It also means building stakeholder confidence, managing the business responsibly, and creating value that can be sustained over time. Sound governance helps provide this foundation as FLI continues to respond to the evolving needs of homeowners, businesses, and the communities it serves.
Guided by its commitment to Building the Filipino Dream, FLI continues to shape communities that connect living and livelihood, bringing opportunities closer to Filipino families. Its fifth consecutive Golden Arrow recognition underscores the role of responsible corporate governance in supporting this mission and in building a business that contributes to the country's growth over the long term.
