(FLI), one of the country’s leading real estate developers, and KMC Solutions, the Philippines’ largest flexible workspace provider, marked a new milestone in their joint venture with the official launch of the second FLX site, this time on the 33rd floor of PBCom Tower.
Our Space Solutions, Inc. (OSSI), the joint venture company of FLI and KMC, establishes, operates, and manages premium flexible workspaces carrying the brand “FLX” across the Philippines. Its first site at Filinvest Axis Tower One in Alabang quickly reached full occupancy, reflecting strong demand for premium flexible workspaces.
