(FLI), one of the country’s leading full-range property developers, achieved a monumental industry milestone today, clinching a rare and prestigious triple triumph at the Philippines Real Estate Awards 2026. FLI was named Best Developer in Metro Manila, Best Developer in the Visayas, and Best Developer in Mindanao. This historic sweep is a powerful validation of a legacy built on consistency and deep market trust. The Visayas distinction marks Filinvest Land’s consecutive reign as the region’s premier developer, while its triumph in Mindanao extends an extraordinary triple-year winning streak. Together, these accolades reflect a rare industry standing: a nationwide developer capable of setting the gold standard simultaneously across the country's most dynamic urban cores and fastest-growing regional frontiers. Beyond Building: A Blueprint Rooted in the Filipino Dream This unprecedented triple crown is more than an institutional accolade—it is a reflection of a profound commitment to how real estate should ultimately serve people. At Filinvest Land, winning across all three major island groups mirrors a deliberate, customer-centric philosophy: meeting every market on its own terms to fulfill the ultimate mission of building the Filipino dream. “Every market possesses its own distinct character, aspirations, and rhythm of life. That is why we never apply a one-size-fits-all formula,” said Filinvest Land President and CEO Tristan Las Marias. “Winning across Metro Manila, the Visayas, and Mindanao in one sweep means we are successfully answering the diverse needs of the Filipino family. Whether it is bringing urban professionals closer to career mobility in the capital, fueling regional economic vibrancy in the Visayas, or pioneering modern, master planned community living in emerging Mindanao destinations, our true north remains unchanged: creating places that seamlessly connect living and livelihood, opening up enduring opportunities, and putting homeownership within reach.” Shaping Progress from the Capital to the Regions Filinvest Land’s nationwide triumph is grounded in developments that directly enrich the everyday lives of its residents: undefined Robust Operational Momentum and Residential Performance in H1 2026 This recognition coincides with sustained financial and operational momentum for Filinvest Land. For the first half of 2026, the company's core residential business demonstrated significant strength, reinforcing consolidated revenues of P12.57 billion, and yielding a 4 percent year-on-year increase in net income to P2.21 billion. Market confidence was further reflected in a 50 percent year-on-year expansion in reservation sales to P12.50 billion. This growth was anchored by steady, sustained demand across both ready-for-occupancy (RFO) inventories and strategically positioned residential developments. These mid-year financial metrics underscore the efficacy of FLI's disciplined growth strategy, demonstrating consistent alignment between residential demand and the company's long-term corporate objectives.
