Capitalizing on a rapidly normalizing retail environment where consumer foot traffic and discretionary spending have rebounded past pre-pandemic thresholds, Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI)’s mall leasing business has cemented its transition into a high-growth revenue pillar.

For the first half of 2026, mall leasing revenues expanded by 12% to reach Php 1.47 billion. This growth is underpinned by a broader national shift toward suburban retail hubs and experiential lifestyle destinations. Through targeted asset enhancement initiatives, curated dining and wellness tenant mixes, and surging regional foot traffic—exemplified by flagship destinations like Festival Mall in Alabang and Il Corso in Cebu—portfolio-wide occupancy successfully scaled to 81%. Filinvest Malls continue to prove that strategically master-planned lifestyle centers outpace standard commercial spaces by blending community interaction with premier retail experiences.

Anchored by this flourishing commercial leasing momentum and strong residential sales, Filinvest Land, Inc. achieved a stellar consolidated performance for the first half of 2026, recording total revenues of Php 12.57 billion (up 2.9%) and an improved net income of Php 2.21 billion, marking a 4.0% growth year-on-year.
