Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) values the health and safety of our sales business partners – our brokers and in house sellers, especially during this challenging time of COVID-19 pandemic. With this in mind, FLI is making temporary adjustments on its sales and marketing business effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020.

Avoid face to face, more digital marketing 
We encourage our sales business partners to do more phone calls, video calls and use more digital conferencing and web chats when communicating with their sales teams, investors and sales prospects. We will also provide various product presentations, sales kits, and digital sales materials that you can send through emails to your clients and prospects. Avoid face to face meetings as much as possible. For everyone’s safety, strictly practice social distancing when conducting sales activities.

We also expect travel access to our project sites to be hampered due to the strict enforcement of the Enhanced Community Quarantine in the entire Luzon. As an alternative, we suggest that we use our projects’ digital walk through and e-brochures to introduce and present to our prospects.

Increased funds for digital marketing campaigns
We are temporarily lifting the budget ceiling on expenses related to digital marketing to allow you to explore and strengthen your respective digital campaigns. Brokers can utilize their Marketing Support Fund (MSF) and In house Sellers can use the Promax Privilege Plus (PPP) to fund their digital marketing campaigns. Kindly coordinate with your respective sales management leaders (Broker Sales Officer/Broker Sales Manager, Sales Director/Sales Team Head) to process the funds needed for your digital sales activities.

Continued release of seller’s commission
FLI acknowledges the need, and importance, for you to be financially prepared during this time of crisis. As such, FLI commits to continue the release of seller’s commission for all qualified buyer’s accounts that met the corresponding commission release milestones.

Once the sales account qualifies, the seller commission will be automatically credited to your respective EastWest bank account and a text message will be sent to your registered mobile number as notification.

Let’s communicate through the SELLERS’ HUB
During this time, we encourage you to maximize use of our SELLERS’ HUB. We will post updates and communicate with you through the SELLERS’ HUB. Kindly ensure that your account is active to receive updates and announcements. You may also communicate with our Group Sales Network (GSN) Helpdesk representative through GSNHelp@filinvestland.com or through the SELLERS’ HUB for inquiries and assistance. 

For In-House sales partners, update ECRM
We require our in-house sellers to keep their ECRM accounts up to date. Your updated ECRM will reflect your accomplishments during the covered period. Please be advised that we will strictly monitor ECRM compliance to track seller performance and progress.

Online Seller applications, recruitment, and interview
To ensure the observance of social distancing, we will be conducting virtual interviews and webinars for seller applicants. Interested parties may log in at our online application website www.sellerapplication.filinvest.com.ph. Applicants may also email their resume at salesrecruitment@filinvestland.com. Sales recruitment and training representative shall get in touch with you the soonest.
